Booking and Payments
To confirm a booking, the client agrees to give either his credit card details
( Name on it, type of card, number, expiration date and security code) ,
which will be use by Bellevue Bungalows in accordance with their
cancellation policy mentioned below, or to send a payment of 50% of the
booking amount . Please note that payments by wire transfer the transfer
fees will be at the client charge.
Cancellation Policy
In case of booking with credit card or wire transfer details:
* Bellevue Bungalow will reimburse 100% in case of cancellation made
more than 45 days before arrival of the client
* Bellevue Bungalows will reimburse 50% in case of cancellation made
between 45 days to 30 days before arrival of the client
* Bellevue Bungalows will reimburse 25% in case of cancellation made
between 29 days to 15 days before arrival of the client
* Bellevue Bungalows will not reimburse the client in case of cancellation
made between 14 days to 0 days before arrival of the client
DISCLOSURE OF INFORMATION
Bellevue Guesthouse undertakes to maintain at all times the privacy and confidentiality of all personal information collected. Such information may only be disclosed when required by law or when in good faith we believe that such action is necessary or desirable to comply with the law protect or defend the rights or property of Bellevue Guesthouse or its users.
ROOM AVAILABILITY,DELIVERY AND RETURN
1. The customer does not acquire the right to be provided specific rooms.
2. Reserved rooms are available to the customer starting at 1:00pm on the agreed arrival date. The customer does not have the right to earlier availability.
3. Rooms must be vacated and made available to the hotel no later than 11:00 noon on the agreed departure date. After that time, on the grounds of the delayed vacating of the room for use exceeding the contractual time, the hotel may charge 50% of the full accommodation rate ( list price ) for the additional use of the room until 6:00pm ( after 6:00pm : 100% ).
4. The guesthouse is not liable to the customer for property ( cash , securities and valuables ) brought into the guesthouse
5. Bellevue Bungalows will not be responsible in case of valuable loss, injury or death caused to the customer in act of robbery or piracy inside the Guesthouse.
6. All invoice ( restaurant, activities, kitesurfing ) signed by the customer will be payable by the customer before his departure. Rest payment of Accommodation is done on the day of arrival.
